I would improve the noise if possible but given where I am, that's impossible. I would lower cost of living; that would make it more appealing. Traffic control is another one.

There are a few rental properties that owners do not keep up.   Making sure the bicycles don't ride to fast on the trails.

We are located very near to a toll road and the traffic noise is sometimes loud, however, we have good insulation and windows so the volume is not constant.

I like that i'm not too far from downtown Austin, but still far enough so that I can avoid most of the I-35 traffic. I also like that there is so much around me and easy access to any given store or restaurant.

The people are very, very friendly.  If someone is in need there is always an outpouring of help.  we have at least 5 different restaurants with different ethnic meals.

We are within walking distance to restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Also access to major roads is handy for going downtown or north to visit family.

My immediate family and I frequently visit many nearby restaurants. We also enjoy a lot of shopping opportunities with mini malls and discount department stores.

I like that there is a pet park right down the road and in walking distance. Most of my neighbors are friendly. Not too much nearby. Have to drive a few miles. Nothing really unique either. I would say the speedy stop down the street.
