What Renters Like and Dislike About Reston

It's close to outdoor activities like bike trails, outdoor pools, and easy access to nature for walks and bird watching.

There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby-- I love El Chucho, Little Food Studio, Honeymoon Chicken, Reliable Tavern, and Midlands.

It's near the metro and two bus routes. It's fairly quiet at night. I live next to a store and the store opwner keeps my packages so they won't be stolen by porch pirates..

My unique about my neighborhood is that we have a park in the middle of all the buildings. And my favorite restaurant is the Kalipsso. Kalipsso has a bar and you can also order food there are more shop near the restaurant, they are Hispanic sho store.

Our neighborhood is great an any day you can see chipmunks, squirrels, many different birds, fox, deer. Not to far from restraints, and shopping, plenty of trail and differs things to do scents we love close to Washington DC.

The best thing is living within walking distance of a shopping center that has everything you need (coffee shop, auto repair, food places, a grocery store). What's unique about my neighborhood is that is one of the few garden style condo developments in my town. There are a couple of lakes nearby that are good for going for a walk with family.
