I live where I work, so commuting is really easy, I walk. There are useful businesses nearby, a Wlgreen's, a gas station, a 7-11, and a bunch of dining options nearby.

We are close to schools and to shopping . We are a friendly neighborhood. I can trust our neighbors. We watch out for each other. Safeway is close for grocery shopping. We are within 5 miles of good restaurants and various types of retail stores

that its close to public transportation and there are grocery stores nearby within bus distance or walking

It's on a mountain for great views, residences only, no commercial for low traffic. It's an easy drive to local business, but does not attract people to the neighborhood.

I love how green, tidy, and safe my neighborhood is. I LOVE the paths to walk dogs on and I love the people who live in it, especially all of my friends. And I love the houses, big and beautiful.

Just the name Bull Mountain catches people's attention when you mention it and they know you have a nice home without even seeing it. There are lots of open green spaces and small parks for the kids to enjoy.
