What Renters Like and Dislike
What Renters Like and Dislike About Eagan
Great public transportation and some really beautiful old architecture. I live smack in the middle of downtown alsi
Decent neighborhood with nice people. A nice park nearby to go on walks. The people seem to be nice.
Great wildlife to look at. There are deer to see and lots of trees to look at. It is beautiful in the fall.
I feel safe, and there are one or two grocery stores that are walking distances, but they need more restaurants around.
I like that I am close to most everything that I need; schools, grocery stores and good restaurants. I also like that the interstate is very close, so if I need to get downtown it is convenient.
There's restaurants and shops near by. Neighbors all respect each other. The crime rate isn't high at all.
