What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Suitland

good neighborhood and the people that live in it. there are business and families around. we are close to trransportation and hospitals

We live right on the park with a tennis court so close it's like it belongs to us. We have a favorite Italian restaurant that we often go to

Generally in the evening, people are walking, exercising, and so on. I don't like places with lots of people. I prefer parks.

There are restaurants, bars and shops nearby. You can eat in the restaurant with your friends, drink and sing in the bar with your colleagues, and go shopping in the mall

I like the friendliness, the quiet and the presence or social amenities in close by areas of our neighborhood

It's quiet and there isn't' the much I would change. It is very green and the housing prices are good for the size. The stores like Walgreens are near as well.
