What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Ocoee

It's quiet and while not near a lot of restaurants or shopping it is well placed so that you are 20 minutes from multiple areas to do enjoy those.

I like the neighbors that I have, we share many things in common. lots to do, golf tennis , pickle ball

Golf community located in two states. Super fun at Halloween! There's not much else to write so this word count is arbitrary.

It's a safe area. There are many stores and restaurants nearby on busy roads but our neighborhood is very quiet. It feels safe walking around the area and there are many nearby parks for the kids.

Unique neighborhood in that it's almost entirely commercial. Business on every block that are able to meet resident and visitor needs: drug store, laundromat, flower shop, shoe store, clothiers, etc. everything is walkable, and (pre-COVID) was a very lively scene at night. Favorites for my friends and me included Lefty O'Doul's (bar and cafeteria food with fresh sliced corned beef, gone now), the Gold Spike (old school bar, with piano and singing player on weekends, now gone), Johnny Foley's Irish House (bar, live music, limited menu, still there but currently closed), and some more like this. Eating options usually take us out of my neighborhood.

Location near expressways, eateries and grocery stores. Great schools and activities for the kids near by.
