What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Miami

silent, people really nice and really friendly and educate, supermarkets really close, surrounded by lakes that you can walk around

Have some restaurants around the area and peak for the kids to play safety and secure also they have farmers to go on Saturday

I love how close it is to downtown, the beach, and desirable shopping/attractions/restaurants. I like how we know all the neighbors. I love how big my lot is. I love how central it is, so I can hop on the highway and go anywhere I want.

Nothing except the majority of stores and restaurants are within walking distance and the public transportation is easy to get to with out traveling to far

It is a quiet area set inside farmland. There is no crime to speak of and my neighbors are very nice

I like it cause it is kind of out in the country and it has good side roads you can walk down . It is a good area to like not in town but also not to far from town . So you can get to town in a few minutes to get to the store or whatever.
