What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Longwood

very secluded and quiet. Very friendly neighbors. There is a cool self pour tap called the Dooryard at the entry way. We also have 2 gas stations at the entry but not obtrusive to the subdivision. Beautiful homes with well kept yards.

The neighborhood has a good mix of people from various walks of life. There is a good mix of younger and older people also.

Neighbors are friendly. The HOA does a lot of events for neighbors to get to know each other. It's a quiet neighborhood. It's close to everything I need.

Quiet, close to restaurants, shopping, services, schools and churches. While roads are congested, they do move most hours of the day.

It's really close to the schools! My kids can walk to school safely!there are restaurants real close as well!
