It has well lit areas and benefits to communicate with patrons and is very clean to watch and walk around and see a movie or a play

Its clean and near shopping. Easy access to highways. Great climate. Quiet. Access to parks and shops.

I like living where there are pools, golf course, country club with gym, saunas, nice restraunts and near by shopping centers, movie theaters

It is a small neighborhood, relatively few homes. There are numerous businesses once you get on to a main road. Many resturants within 5 miles of the neighborhood.

This neighborhood has a very small town feel. The city frequently sponsors events so it feels like a tight knit community. We have a lot of chain restaurants nearby but also a good mix of small business we make sure to support.

I like how I live in the suburbs of a large city. 5he best thing out where I am is after a long day you get back to the suburbs and it's quiet and life is slower.
