What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Brandon

Close to stores and the intersection. Has a library, mall and hospital very close by. Plenty of activities to do around the area

I like my house. I like that there isn't a CDD or HOA. I like that it's an established neighborhood.

I like that it is close to groceries stores and everything you need. There is even a small park nearby.

Unique about our neighborhood- two parks very close by that are nice for the kids, but lack shade and rest facilites. -favorite local restaurants: Tsunami, World of Beer, and Tokai Sushi. Friends and family often like to visit downtown or the aquariums and zoos.

I like that everything is close and in walking distance if need be i could walk to target or walmart

I like the cleanliness of the neighborhood. I like that if I need to go somewhere I can walk. I love the local beaches and amusement parks
