My neighbors are very nice. It is very dog friendly here and I have 4 of them. The view of Pikes Peak is awesome from my bedroom

Nada. There is nothing special about this neighborhood. Too republican for me now. Will move in the next few years.

I like that we are just on the southern edge of town so we don'thave too much noise ar night. I also like that most neighbors are families like ours with young kids

It's quite and safe. There are restaurants close but not too close to hear any noise. There nice open space and Mountain Views.

Great neighbors that organize fun events. We have an awesome pool and great trails for walking and biking. People really take care of their properties.
