What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Pasadena

It is very quiet area, less cars, and friendly civilised people. Also less crime. .t is not congested

Neighborhood is old. I like walking in my neighborhood. Stuff is very walkable. Public transportation isn't bad.

Walkable and a great entertainment district with theatre, music venue, parks all within walking distance. Good access to restaurants and medical services all within walking distance.

Victory Park 3 blocks away, Dominicos is 4 blocks away with a 7-11, We have a McDonalds and many Bus Benches that you can go anywhere you like, We have Dry Cleaners and Medical offices nearby

The greenery and public transportation is very nice. I think we have the most plants in the area compared to other LA areas. There's also a great local community.

It is pretty quaiet. My complex is gated. We have a walking distance to the store, a small park and church. There is no problem with walking dogs
