What Renters Like and Dislike About Palo Alto

It's green, there are bike lanes, the school district is the best of California, there is a beautiful public library (1 over 5 here in town) nearby, there are a few public parks nearby.

My street is 10' off the ground so no cars, protected from floods, etc. There is a parking garage beneath it.

my nieborhood has changed since my family moved here over 50 years ago. my favorite local business here is the library. our library has many different things to do. they have movie night and different people visiting

Old trees, beautiful original homes, great schools, can walk to two different shopping areas and two more are a long walk or easy bike ride.

Old trees, beautiful homes, close to restaurants but not too close. We go to midtown restaurants and shops on foot.

Great restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance. Young and older population interacting. College town feel. Many families with young kids. Lots of playgrounds and parks.
