What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Scottsdale

It's quiet! It's beautiful. The views are great. Shopping is close by and there's easy highway access.

Our neighborhood is unique because there are tons of great food and cultures here. It's quiet because it's outside of Manhattan but it is close. I like to go to restaurants, friends' houses, or the park.

Nothing really unique. It is easy to navigate. Reliable bus and light rail/trolley service throughout day and early evening.

It's location to the highway and basic amenities. The price point of the house and the rising home values of the area.

Our neighborhood is extremely family friendly. We enjoy living close to many friends, restaurants, and shops.

We are close to all services plus the neighborhood is safe and we watch out for each other. The police are very accommodating
