What Renters Like and Dislike
What Renters Like and Dislike About Madison
My neighbor is very good because is very secure and have protection and they are very policies to protect me and my friend and families at my home and when Walmart outside
Close to medical facilities - primary care and hospitals. Has 5 fish stocked lakes serving as retention pools for water runoff. Neighborhood HOA has swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and 3/4 mile walking/running trail.
I like that it is still on the outskirts of the town. There will also be a freeway soon so it will get bigger.
I do like how small it is, though it's only one street. I prefer this over a ginormous neighborhood that you enter and still drive 5 more minutes to your house. It's definitely within 10 minutes of everywhere I like to go. Grocery stores, movie theater, restaurants and fast food, even pet store, everything.
The neighbors are nice and streets are clean and everyone helps each other out if they need anyone to help the community
The school and groceries are walking distance from my home. We also have park right in front of our house. A library a few streets down. We have restaurants that's are walking distance. We have a hospital that's less than a mile from my home.
