What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Upper North District Philadelphia

its very safe and quite. there is not many restaurants or shops so there is no favorite . i like going to the library.

In my neighborhood I am less than a 45min walk away from stores, parks, salons, transportation, gym. I like knowing that if my vechile breakdown I not stranded with food or things to do. When family come over they can go to the park or the corner store and I could guess the time they would be back. I also have plenty of parking. And most yards in neighborhood are decent sizes

I like that everybody likes or knows everyone and that we all know and talk to the children and their parents and that I feel safe

Proximity to restaurants, stores, and shopping places, in addition to the presence of the police, which makes shopping safe and enjoyable

We are close to public transportion and can get downtown in 15 min. We also have a library nearyby which gives the kids some place to go after school. We also are made up of mostly elderly persons.

Well policed, safe, likes to go shopping, likes to go to the park with my familyWell policed, very safe, like to go shopping, like to go to the park with family picnic
