What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Center City Philadelphia

it safe transportation is near and good close to restautants bars where you could go with family and friends close to broadway shows

My neighborhood has a lot of bars and shops but I do feel safe do to lie life people hanging around the streets at all hours

I like that the neighborhood is walkable and has many public transport options. I can walk to the gym, supermarket, subway station and my primary care doctor. A small Starbucks is a good feature of the neighborhood, as well as a sitdown Ethiopian restaurant. A public pool and park is also a unique feature of the neighborhood.

I can walk any place I want to. Everything is nearby: library, super market, restaurants, schools, And great public transportation

Lots of stores, restaurants and shops. Many high end residential buildings. Well known neighborhood.

There are several bars and restaurants, too many to choose a favorite. I like taking long walks and relaxing at bars.
