What Renters Like and Dislike About Old City Philadelphia

I take my child to the park in the neighborhood every afternoon for a walk, and he plays games with other children in the park.

My block, and a few surrounding blocks, are entirely residential which is great for quietness, but I can also get to two other commercial/retail areas within a 5 minute walk. The area is very clean and well-kept. Neighbors are very friendly for being in a city.
