Because it is a gated community, there is a feeling of more safety. The location is near several eating and shopping opportunities so you only have to drive a few miles to get anything. Also, it is fairly close to freeways, so you can get to other areas of the valley.

Not much crime. Most people keep to themselves. No favorite businesses near. Like going to see sports, but that's not nearby.
