The houses maintain their value. The houses are unique, especially in this city. We have a very unique house for this type of city.

I live in an older suburban neighborhood that has been built up over the years. It now has many walkable businesses nearby.

It's quiet, and it's close to two nice parks. I also like the paseos for walking. We have a lot of people with pets in our neighborhood and a very nice dog park within walking distance. I like that

It's on the outskirts of the city. It's pretty suburban and quiet. It's in the desert and You can hear the coyotes.

There are parks and walking trails. Shopping is close by so you can walk there. More restaurants are popping up.

I like that: It is quiet, it is peaceful, no violence, nice neighbors, the HOA is active at keeping the neighborhood clean and looking good. We have many persons that want to live here.
