What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hyde Park Kenwood Historic District Chicago

Many places to eat. Places with live music. Good mixture of people. There is a mixture of churches and religions. There are year round activities. Many schools.

Small businesses are nearby. There's a large city park within walking distance. Locals are usually pretty friendly to each other daily.

I live in a historic neighborhood called Bronzeville, well known for African Americans making the great migration from the south to the north. Family-friendly neighborhood with tons to do.

I like to have a chat with my friends in the coffee shop in the afternoon. Watching my children playing happily and quietly around me makes me feel full of happiness

The building seems nice and clean. Neighbors seem nice as well. It's easy to achieve mail and packages with my call box. I like the security measures that are taken here. There are also a few grocery stores, corner stores, restaurants, and liquor stores that are close by. A good variety to choose from.

I like going to the mall Walmart and GameStop because all of it has things that make me look good and that enitertain me
