I like this neighborhood, families can go to nearby parks, animal friendly, local coffee shops. you can walk to parks, coffee shops, and pick-up food to enjoy the parks.

It's diverse and family oriented. There are a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Public Transportation is easily accessible. There are a lot of parks and churches.

Carter school in the area that give better access to education. There are good parks for children to play in.

It is an old neighborhood. It has old historical churches. It has the original people here for generations.

The garden and school are beutifull and we have good supermarket around us this things make life easy

Have 3 generations of families live there.Not many restsurants so alot families meet at park.Fact that no major restaurants around is sad but we manage
