The beach is at a walking distance, as well restaurants, groceries store, farmacias, there is a free local transportation system as well is very easy to access regular public transportation

We have an easy access to the beach and boardwalk and nice windows views, we can go around an running without problems

I like the convince of my local bank, grocery store, gym, fast food and restaurants are just a few blocks down in a plaza. There's also a local gas station as well.

Close to everything. Possibility to walk around. Restaurants, bars, banks, post office, supermarket and schools
