What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About North Park San Diego

I like the neighbors and the best eateries around town. The best little mexican restaurant (Colimas) is around the corner.

I love the fact that I can go to the zoo,the museums, and the stores on foot. I have some gay friends and it's heartwarming to know they are safe here

Everything is walkable. Lots of, dining and bars everywhere. Grocery stores everywhere too. Love the taco shops!

Old Town with historical properties and businesses we have lots of family owned properties and businesses

Whats unique is that there are a lot of people that mind their own business in my neighborhood. My favorite local businesses are grocery outlet, Wendy's, McDonald's, Ampm and 76 gas station and it's all across the street. I like going to McDonald's with my family.

My neighborhood is unique cause we have a gated swimming pool that we can go to during the summer and do like a bbq we have a lot of groceries stores and restaurants
