What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Central Sacramento Sacramento

I love that the shopping malls and coffee shops and food is near by that's really awesome even a convenient store next door

The neighborhood has smaller homes so not too many kids. Local grocery has sit down dining and a beer bar. Within easy walking distance to three coffee shops, two beer bars and three restaurants.

With my lover and children, I want to go to a coffee shop in the annex, taste a new coffee, and go to the park in the annex

My family and I like to go to the neighborhood store because the stuff in the store is great. My favorite places to do business are restaurants.

The streets are lined with huge elm trees. Lots of neighbors know each other. People stay here for a long time.

One of the things I like about my neighborhood is that I'm walking distance to a lot of places and public transportation. And, as far as favorite local businesses, I like to go to the movies, concerts, and even just walk throughout the Downtown and Midtown area.
