What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Maryvale Phoenix

In my neighborhood there isn't crime as like other neighborhoods. They also have a community pool so everyone has access

I like that the schools are nearby and that there's parks you can walk to. Not only that but you can also walk to the grocery store or fast food places as there's a few nearby

Close to stores and restaurants. Close to parks. Not much else though. I pretty much stay inside and keep to myself.

There isnt much I actually like about the neighborhood. While it is a central location for many things the people around don't exactly make you feel welcome.

My neighbourhood is very quiet, there is ease in accessing public transport and stores. It is also neat, the garbage is often disposed early. I particularly like how central it is.

I like that it is conveniently located. I have gas stations to choose from, supermarkets, shopping centers nearby. I am close to my family as well and parks to take my kids for walks too. I have my favorite crepes place to go and enjoy breakfast.
