I like that is mostly hispanic people, also gas stations and grocery stores near by, I like that I can walk to a super center and buy some nice stuff

my favorite local business is walmart, safeway and tjmax. the place where I live in is also close to schools.

I like the close proximity to the store that I frequent. I'm also a big fan of the calmness and peacefulness of the neighborhood.

I'd say what is unique is a gas station and a store is only 2 minutes away from my neighborhood and there is also a very big park that was just made that had multiple new things like dog parks tennis courts and a lake

I like the ability to have easy access to bus, pharmacy, groc stores. I can basically do everything on foot or by bus. My dentist is close by. My apt complex is like a little city with over 1000 units. That makes me feel more protected within our walls. There isn't really places to go with friends except here by the pool, fire pits, party room etc

Where I live is because it is what I can afford. For me to enjoy anything outside of my home, I have to drive to major shopping areas or go downtown. Not a lot in my neighborhood.
