What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Downtown Miami

Have some restaurants around the area and peak for the kids to play safety and secure also they have farmers to go on Saturday

It is a quiet area set inside farmland. There is no crime to speak of and my neighbors are very nice

I like it cause it is kind of out in the country and it has good side roads you can walk down . It is a good area to like not in town but also not to far from town . So you can get to town in a few minutes to get to the store or whatever.

It's a very artsy neighborhood with plenty of museums and art galleries. I also like that there are many different restaurants or bars, where to consume high quality food and drinks at all hours.

So much history in here, near downtown, great condo, modern, new, pet friendly. Near to playgrounds and a river where you can enjoy boats and yatches passing by

Beautiful environment . A park nearby. KTV, gym, restaurant, ball court..Nightclubs, high-end clubs, Red Bars, cigar bars people with money go to billiards clubs, DISCO, bars, KTV, salon clubs
