I am close to the lake and public parks and bike trails river walks I like being close to downtown and the ammanaties it provides

This building used to be a hospital. The building is huge with a lot of unused rooms. There's a bathroom in the lobby

The community is alive and energetic. Full of all walks of life. Space to be outside, some of my favourite places are coffee shops and the beach
