What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About State-Langdon Madison

I love shopping at Oasis Jewelry. I also frequent Jimbo's for quick bicycle repairs & I stop in at US Donuts most mornings to buy lottery scratcher tickets & order coffee + buttermilk old fashioned bar (heated for 20 seconds so the glaze soaks in)

I like its nicer neighborhoods. It's a cute town with shopping and dining. It's also not a far drive to neighboring cities that offer other stores and restaurants.

I enjoy the quiet of our street. I enjoy the nice neighbors , they all seem to look out for each other.

Close to downtown,, and capital. Some nice parks and area's around the lakes. Nice variety if restaurant and bars.

I like that everyone pretty much minds their own business. I enjoy the fact there isn't an HOA and that thing's are relatively within walking distance.

It is quiet and a very nice are to be living in. Thats all I have to say. Let me out of here please.
