What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Wallingford Seattle

It is very walkable and there are great restaurants nearby. I have a great view. I really like the restaurant The Whale Wins as well as Fiasco and Pablo y Pablo.

I live near an awesome park called Greenlake where all of the community congregates. We have multiple weekly farmers markets near by. Very walkable community close to shops and with easy transport links to city center.

Nothing. Everything is perfect. This area needs no improvements the neighborhood is lit. This neighborhood is safe.

Amazing views of the sound and city. Quiet and walkable. I like the community trails and parks and sports courts.
