What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About University District Seattle

I like that it is more urban than downtown. There is a lot of small bars to go to and everything is at a short distance

Every night and a couple of friends after dinner to go to the bar to relax is very comfortable very comfortable, and what are the shops in the next door, the traffic is more convenient

My neighbohood has a rich history being a college town and so close to downtown. The population is students, families, and young adults. There is alot to do around my neighborhood and there is always something new to explore.

I love the fact that kids can play outside and always feel safe. They have do worry about being by a car and is easy for them to make friends. Parents don't have to go outside with the kids to play. And is near many great store and transportations.

I like how safe the neighborhood is, and the fact that it is evolving and improving. It has a nice feel.

I like the variey of restaurant around this area that they are just everywhere. Everything is in the walkable distance.
