What Renters Like and Dislike About Lower Queen Anne Seattle

Architecture is very old and special. Lots of great local restaurants and no chain food in my neighborhood.

A lot of bars are here. Multiple parks right next to each other. Lake Washington is beautiful!!!a lot of shopping couple malls

I love the combination of charm and convenience of my neighborhood. I am within 10mins of the downtown core, but feel like I am in a surburban neighborhood with tree lined streets, beautiful homes and a family-friendly feel. While I have a car and frequently travel outside my immediate neighborhood, the neighborhood itself has so much to offer within walking distance. I regularly frequent the nail salons, coffee shops and grocery stores on the main street.

My neighborhood is pretty walkable with my dogs. A park is close by if I want to take my dogs swimming and there great grocery stores.

There is near by lake where all the people enjoy for going and some company offers rental equipment for kayaking etc.there are so many restaurants bars which are pretty good and affordable .Also there is mini golf to where I can take the family and friends

There is a lake and lots of local businesses near by. My favorite restaurant are local small scale restaurants.
