What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Laurelhurst Seattle

I like that it is more urban than downtown. There is a lot of small bars to go to and everything is at a short distance

Diversity, safety, family oriented. Shopping and entertainment close by. Easy access to highways leading to major cities from this bedroom community

What is best is that everything I need is close by and in walking distance. My favorite stores and restaurants are nearby for quick access. and with a little travel the Football stadium is just down the road.

Every night and a couple of friends after dinner to go to the bar to relax is very comfortable very comfortable, and what are the shops in the next door, the traffic is more convenient

It's a great place for kids to grow up. Very safe and lots of activities. Also very good schools. Beautiful weather. A great governor.

My neighbohood has a rich history being a college town and so close to downtown. The population is students, families, and young adults. There is alot to do around my neighborhood and there is always something new to explore.
