Good local stores and schools. Near parks. Close proximity to downtown. There is access to freeways nearby.

There are many great coffee shops to enjoy. I love all of the options there are for food to eat and the nightlife is decent.

There's nothing much to do in the neighborhood other than going out to get tea with my friends or getting food

Everyone is friendly in my neighborhood. Kids be playing outside on there bikes . People walk there dogs .

In my neighborhood there are many different restaurants, shops, cafes, and stores. along with that there's many parks and public spaces that are incredibly fun and enjoyable.
