Here in my neighborhood we're back on Lil side streets there's no through traffic at all. You can walk to restaurants like sushi and Mexican food place. The park and Juanita beach is a 10 minute walk from my house. There's grocery stores about a mile and a half away and wall greens about half a mile away. If you can find a house in this neighborhood that's affordable and you have kids that are going to school it's a great place to be.
