What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Salem Virginia Beach

It's just a quiet, safe area. Mostly single family homes. Nice parks nearby. Safe for the most part.

Close to recreation center (walking distance). This is a suburb, so businesses are clustered in shopping centers (not mall). Local craft breweries are fun, even for non drinkers - they are family friendly.

Used to be quiet no violence. A lot of Seniors live here. Very few children lived here. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping locations. Coffee houses and doughnuts shops locally.

My sub division alone has approximately six parks. We also have three swimming pools that are only for the residents of this sub division. If you want to throw a party we have a beautiful three room clubhouse that could accommodate at least 150 people.

there is nothing unique about my neighborhood, it is pretty boring actually, i am looking to move soon.

Friendly neighbors. Close to schools and stores. Local restaurants within walking distance. People look out for each other.
