What Renters Like and Dislike About The Fan Richmond

it's a campground, 1.5 miles from oceanfront, 1.5 miles from major grocery stores & gas, 3/4 mile from bus stops & convenience stores, and safe to come home late at night uber & lyft friendly,

the neighborhood is close to a lot of things, schools, a church, grocery stores, donut shops. Although there are a lot of people they mostly stay to themselves

The buildings are vintage but have cement that's pretty unique, it's very close to a few outlets and groceries stores

Our neighborhood is water driven leading to ocean. We can walk or bike to restaurants bars and shops

I'm so tired fam I can't sleep. it's ok to be sad for a while I guess but I still want to cry for the next day and I can't wait for tomorrow.

I like how it is walking distance from my graduate medical campus. I like the coffee shop that is a 10 minute walk from my place. I also like the view of the city at night.
