the neighborhood is close to a lot of things, schools, a church, grocery stores, donut shops. Although there are a lot of people they mostly stay to themselves

I like how it is walking distance from my graduate medical campus. I like the coffee shop that is a 10 minute walk from my place. I also like the view of the city at night.

The area is quiet and well maintained, well lit as soon as the sun goes down...can feel comfort and secure at all times......within walking distance 2 restaurants and grocery store

There are walkable streets. Its near a university. There are restarants nearby. Also therir museums closeby.

Small Town atmosphere. Friendly community. Folks feel safe here. The schools are highly rated, and the students go to college.

I like the nearby park. There are many people playing in the park every day.Especially on weekends, many people bring their children to play
