What Renters Like and Dislike About Penrose Arlington

It is right by the pentagon and Arlington cemetery. The local bars and restaurants are all on one street and completely walkable. William Jeffrey's, Rebellion, Celtic House, Rappahannock coffee. I like going to all the places mentioned in the previous sentence.

It's a good place because there are a lot of shopping centers near me. It's easier to buy my essential items.

Columbia Pike is extremely walkable. It provides easy access to highways and downtown DC. The resident pool is more diverse than north Arlington.

We have top rated schools. Emergency services are excellent. There are 40 odd eateries within a half mile from my home. Lots of parks.
