What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Colonial Village Arlington

I love my neighborhood. It is close to the metro so my commute is easy. I can also walk to bars and restaurants/

Great schools but the neighborhood is expensive and not a lot of people can afford it. Would like to see lots of people move in to bring their talents here.

We are across the street from a national park. Most people are friendly and kind. There is a great pizza place about 10 minutes away.

i like the quiet park near my house and the good neighbors and the school offers a good standard of education

It is close to everything - metro, bars, restaurants, grocery stores. You don't really need car to feel self sufficient in this area.

My neighborhood is very walkable and does not require public transportation. There are great local bars and restaurants and plenty of things to do at night.
