What Renters Like and Dislike About The Avenues Salt Lake City

I live in a mostly residential area but there are a couple cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Also the neighbors are nice.

There is a bakery and a cafe/crepery with walking distance but it is still a fairly residential neighborhood without too much traffic on the side streets. Neighbors are friendly.

I love the views of the mountains. I love the access to City Creek Canyon and I love all of the trees.
