What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About People's Freeway Salt Lake City

Nice apartments but nothing close by have to have a car to get anywhere. No restaurants close by or grocery store, let's just say not safe to walk anywhere.

It is very quiet and people keep to themselves. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There is also a lot to do all the time, and people are friendly for the most part.

The rail station is close that takes you downtown. Mostly tract homes from the 1970s. Convenience store is only a block away. The city should start a clean yard program and get rid of all the junk cars on people's front yards.

It's close to Walmart, Burger King, Weniersnitchels, Target, Wendy's, Sally's Beauty Supply, McDonald's in Walmart. America First credit union, Lowe's, Blue Boutique, and the Trax.

I like the access to public transit and parks. There are many small businesses in the area making the neighborhood walkable. I can shop for groceries, wash clothes, get a haircut and coffee without driving.
