What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About College Park The Woodlands

Plenty of walking trails. Sidewalks for riding bikes. A large choice of fine dining and casual dining. Fast food and malls for shopping.

It has friendly people who help each other. It has newer homes than many of the neighborhoods within the area.

It is very nice nice sidewalks I love the loop around the parks the pool could be a little deeper though
