What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About University Place Houston

I enjoy the resturants and the grocery store are all near by. Everything is in walking distance to many local shops where u can take family and friends.

It is close to the medical center which is convenient for work. It is close to grocery stores and other areas of Houston.

I'm very close to the Texas Medical Center and NRG Stadium. I can walk and take the light rail to get access to pretty much everywhere in the city. I'm also a short distance away from a lot of parks and restaurants. I never feel like I have to make a long drive anywhere. Just having easy access to so many places and things to do is very nice. I also appreciate the diversity of the neighborhood.
