What Renters Like and Dislike About Braeswood Place Houston

I like there are grocery and shopping nearby. Lots of local good restaurants like bonefish. I like that it is very clean and the trees are old.

Everything is close to my house. I can get to all freeways quickly. I only live 15 minutes from downtown and can get there without freeways.

We live close to the nature, the place It is very green, you can watch birds, deer, racoons and squirrels. There is a river and many lagoons nearby

It is considered one of the most desirable in our county. It is in top rated schools and family optimal living. Additionally the age range is from young professionals to older retired people and families inbetween.

What I like about my neighborhood is that nothing bad or loud ever happens. Another thing I like is that the neighbors are very nice.

This community is known in the area for having a beautiful water feature, many majestic trees and being the home to quite a few variaties of wildlife. We are within 2 min. drive, or you could walk, to a major grocery store, pharmacy, bank and several restauranys.
