What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Downtown Grand Prairie

what i like most about my neighborhood is seeing nice, clean and maintained yards. i also dont see a lot of stray dogs in my community and i notice neighbors are very animal friendly.

Very quiet neighborhood. There are good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. There is a park within walking distance that has baseball fields and tennis courts. Also walking trails.

To the pool or the skating or to the park or going to football games or we all meeting up at somebody house

It sounds simple. Getting to know your neighbors is so foundational, yet so easy to push to the back burner of life's constant demands. With far-reaching social networks and the ability to communicate easily and quickly with friends and family from different neighborhoods, then what's the hurry? But getting to know your neighbors will create a sense of community that goes beyond sharing a street. It will make a big difference if you are able to greet your neighbors on the sidewalk by name and ask them about their specific job or hobby.

To a park at the school because it is nearby.I used to go to that school so it's good memories and the school is not that big .
