What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Midtown Dallas

I like grocery and bus stop near by. An atm is close as well. Police always checking and there is a park nearby

Affordable houses. I don't have any problems with my neighbors. Also it's a safe place for my dog and me to live

It is quiet, tree lined yet close to all that you need (groceries, restaurants, banks, retail, highways). Can easily make it in and out of neighborhood and has quality schools and public parks as well as open spaces.

It is quiet. Neighbors are nice. Neighborhood is dog friendly. In general it is safe and well lit and clean.
