What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Southwood Valley College Station

I like that it is quiet and family friendly. The proximity to the schools and restaurants is ideal for us.

We are outside city limits but stores are close. It is quiet at night. Everyone is very friendly. We do have a Walmart but we also have a lot of fun boutiques

There's really nowhere I go in my neighborhood, but it's great for sitting on the back deck on a Saturday night and cooking something on the grill. I wouldn't consider it unique but it's good for this point in my life

My neighborhood is near a beautiful lake with a swimming beach and campground. We can have a boat in the water and ready to ride in less than ten minutes. I love where I live.

Mine is a 55 plus senior complex so no noisy kids. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. There is a coffee shop downtown.

My favorite thing about living in this neighborhood is the friendly people and the parks for my children. We are getting lots of new restaurants and places to shop as well.
