What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Pleasant Valley Austin

Like living in a cool city that has a great downtown that is somewhat safe. Close to downtown, quiet during the day, somewhat walkable.

it is mostly college students living there so there are no creepy old people. it is also close to many places to eat and buy groceries.

In my immediate neighborhood, (~3 mile radius) I really don't do any activities. Here is where I live, get groceries, etc. I feel like I have adequate access to most things I need and I can have groceries delivered, which is great for me. Further out (~4 - 7 mile radius), I have a lot of great entertainment and restaurant options, and the Alamo Drafthouse cinemas are my favorites. There is a great restaurant (TLC) owned by a friend of mine that I visit often, as well as a regular bar (the Highball).

Nice to see you and the family are doing well and that you Better than the other one is a little more than I am
